New Season - Dates for our Rivers

Hello fellow PDFAA members and welcome to the 2022 Season! It has felt like a long winter but with the Sea Trout Season already started on many of our waters and the trout Season soon to be upon us we wanted to give you this post as an easy reference point to make sure you know the season dates for each of our rivers so you don’t get caught out. We have listed these by species as follows:

Salmon

Plym, Cad & Meavy:
First day - 1st April
Last day - 15th December

Tavy:
First day - 1st March
Last day - 14th October

Erme:
First day - 15th March
Last day - 31st October


Migratory Trout

Plym, Cad & Meavy:
First day - 3rd March
Last day - 30th September

Tavy:
First day - 3rd March
Last day - 30th September

Erme:
First day - 15th March
Last day - 31st October


Brown Trout

Plym, Cad & Meavy:
First day - 15th March
Last day - 30th September

Tavy:
First day - 15th March
Last day - 30th September

Erme:
First day - 15th March
Last day - 30th September
